Oh, Son of a gun, we’ll have much fun … Papagayo! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist!)

2025-12-30 22:20:19 +0000 UTC"nearly". Smart words. My daughter and I thought we'd "completed" the Papagayo until we passed that same headland and hit 50kts on the nose! Hope you were ready to drop everything!

2025-12-28 23:33:38 +0000 UTCHad me goin’ for a split second there with the ‘nearly’ in the email notification. Nice stretch ‘o coastline ahead! Looks like lots of interesting places to anchor out… Hmmnnn… Got a little ways to go but, hey, Panama now seems ‘just around the bend’…. Looks like winds across the isthmus may be picking up just a little towards the end of next week. Perhaps a bit of brisk sailing heading into Panama will not only be a great way to wind up an epic sail down the coast but also serve to mark a fitting end to Tally Ho’s latest, long and remarkable adventure in the Pacific. … an’ ya say week or so to ‘hang out’ at Panama City? Yeah…! … Fair Winds
