Views from the Sea of Cortez.

Living in San Diego, I have the advantage of close proximity to the Sea of Cortez. We frequently go to San Filipe, where the Fish Taco became very popular with Americans. One guy, David Rubio (an American of Mexican descent) traveled there in his college days with buddys (in the 70's) and saw this taco stand selling fish tacos. No one north of the border had any exposure to these amazing treats. He came back to San Diego and started Rubio's Fish Tacos. Still a convienient place to get a fish taco in San Diego.
