I really enjoyed this little segment and I'm excited to see more (maybe lily can also use the extended cuts as an outlet to express things that she isn't so sure about saying in the main episode). Second, I actually think it's important that they bring up the concept of flow vs topics because, on one hand, it definitely is kind of important to have an overall structure planned out (or a set of ideas that you want to talk about/explore); however, I do also see it sometimes negatively impacting the flow. It's a really delicate balance, but I think it is better to take time to fully absorb into your conversational flow when you find it-- even if it means saving some topics for another episode or even simply not exploring certain topics at all. Thanks so much to Poki, Lily, and the crew. This podcast is the highlight of my week ๐
