Rocking The Boat!

They work hard to empower inner-city young people through building and rowing wooden boats, sailing, and restoring the Bronx River. I've collaborated with them before, and now I'm trying to help them find more boatbuilding educators to join their teams in New York and San Francisco!
The 3 boatbuilder job openings are;
Director of Boatbuilding (New York)
Boatbuilding Program Manager (New York)
Program Manager (San Francisco)

I observed a program like this at Spaulding Marine Center in Sausalito, California. The kids were very involved and obviously took pride in what they were accomplishing. Good luck finding the right people to fill these important positions...
