Progress Update

Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last post so I wanted to quickly update everyone on how the game is doing. In short - the next update is 90% finished, all the art is done and I'm just missing some dialogues and sound effects. That last 10% has been giving me real resistance though, as I've not only been busy but I've also been assaulted by this heat wave that's totally drained me of my energy. I will eventually get it done, of course, and I'm aiming to have the update ready for next weekend at the latest.

For some good news, I've mentioned before that I mean to take a short break from this game, but I've actually found a lot of motivation to make a few new variants for Reine once the guests are out. I've been drawing for these whenever I've been feeling too exhausted to work on writing or programming. Everyone's been asking for barefoot scenes, now they're coming!

Back to the upcoming guests update - it will contain the fights involving the two guest characters, Arconte (pictured above) and Lilac. You'll also get a reveal of who the next Beastie is, so I hope you'll like her! I meant to add a few QoL updates too but I've just been too out of it, so apologies again. I'll be feeling much less lethargic once this awful Summer is over!
