Chest Day Warmup
Added 2021-02-27 22:54:04 +0000 UTCJust getting a little bit of a pump and blood flowing before a chest day workout at home. Sitting up on the bench is already getting pretty difficult, as you can tell. This belly just gets in the way of everything! And I’m barely getting started.
We’ll see how far this ball sticks up above me in another month or two :)
