The Jaws: introducing Patchezz

This unfriendly and foul-mouthed character is dedicated to the business of secrets, ask him whatever you want, he knows EVERYTHING about all the people in the city (as long as you bring the money with you... or some extra eyeballs).
Do you feel watched? You're not crazy, that's probably true. Patchezz hides eyeballs throughout the city, which he can see through. His morally ambiguous (nope) business has earned him a bad reputation, but how do you report a dead person? He is hated by many people, but at the same time feared for what he can reveal. In addition, it is rumored that the police have dealings with him, which makes everything more complicated.
