Started Development on Next Visual Novel
Added 2022-02-22 18:54:25 +0000 UTCI'm started putting together my next visual novel. For now, I'm creating basic storyboard sketches, to be fleshed out later, and setting up the code, and writing.
It will be an illustrated short story with choices.
The reason, I'm choosing for it to be a short story is so that I can continue to work on improving my illustration abilities, through practice and studies while working on this one. After it's released, I'll have improved my digital drawing abilities further and be ready to start another project with even better art.
The main characters may look something like the second image, however I will redesign them again to have faces that appear more human, redo the hair because I'm better at drawing that now, and a few other changes and improvements. This won't be an exact copy of the Arthur characters because I don't want to risk copyright on that franchise but will be heavily inspired by them, with some scifi elements in the story.
