Another way of supporting my projects

This post is meant to be the test page for the management of external artist's funding.

After making the related poll, reading your comments, talked directly with peoples, artists and myself I want to try something to pay external artists like Voice Actress, Sound Designer ect...

I'll chose them, talk and work with them as usual but the payment will be done directly by volunteers to the artists, not by me.
(To summarize they will be commissioned to work with me on the projects)

One of the main reason I want to try this (and hope it will work) is because it's a much more efficient way of using our resources on the projects. If I pay them myself with the money of your generous support we lose :

- Patreon/SubStar's fee + transfer fee + conversion fee + 25% country taxes + transfer fee again + conversion fee again (not if it's in € (never have been))

If somebody else pays them directly :

- Transfer fee + conversion fee (if not in the same currency)

One of the other obvious reason is that it will leave more resources for the maintenance and upgrading of the hardware performances.

But I want everything  to be as fair as possible so I'll consider the payment/commissioning of external artists as if it was for me and therefore it will grant free access to the Avatar Tier during a related amount of months.

Unfortunately I didn't find a way to do this on Patreon so it will have to be on Subscribe Star.

People who volunteer to commission external artists will also be credited as such in the credits of the final videos if they want to.
