Added 2020-08-14 18:39:15 +0000 UTCHi all, Sorry no Developer Log this week. I've had a few computer issues (sorted now) that has meant I'm behind on where I want to be so I'm working hard to play catch up.
I do, however have a couple of bit's of news to share:
Kimiko's hairstyle voting is over and the Flame look won overall, it looks like many were torn between the ash and flame effect.
I plan to do a full write up about Kimiko in the future, but it will probably be after ch2:p1 is released.
Moving on:
Patreon has given to every current creator the option to opt-in to a new feature, which will let people in the UK, EU and U.S. pledge my Patreon in their local currency of Euros (€), British Pounds (£) or U.S. Dollars ($). This will help prevent you paying extra conversion fees from your bank or card when pledging in a currency that’s not your own.
For those of you outside of these currencies, you’ll continue to see your pledge priced in US $.

As of now, this feature is "opt-in" only, but as stated in the article, it will be automatically enabled starting from October 5th.
Since my page is set up for US $ and I live in the UK, I do plan to switch this to British pounds when the option is available. I have not yet opted-in, as I'd prefer to see the system bed-in before I fully commit - however if enough of you want me to, I can do this early.
