This is a personal mod I am sharing with you. It is actually an amalgamation of about 3 different mods, by Osare and Melodic and a Japanese modder, but I made the fabric see through and combined it together for a full fitness outfit.
For this reason it's not to be shared, it's just for you, if you want it.
It has HDT but not support different weights currently, only size 1 (100%)
Add it with additemmenu or something.
***Edit: re up'd with a fix to the top to stop it being shiny***
