Here is the race I recommend to use for the Petite animations I am going to do soon.
The race is my own custom edit
It requires ECE, and is for 32bit skyrim
It uses the Youngelf race, with UNPetite body, fair skin textures
It will replace Youngelf race, if you have that installed already
GIve it a go
