That was another good reaction. You said something that shows that you are a good man at heart. At around 12 1/2 minutes the "cold guy" was outlining his definitions for the value of a human life and you said: "I get his logic, but that is crazy." This is because you place more value on a human life than just empty numbers. That view is what makes the world a warmer "better" place. Pure logic is so cold and hard that it has little basis for defining reality. To give a really grim real world example, during World War 2 there was something called the "Wannsee Conference" held in 1942 by the Nazi leadership to decide how to deal with their "Jewish problem." The record of it is horrific to anyone with a sense of morality. It was made into a dark film called "Conspiracy" in 2001 that has some very famous actors in it. It is strange to watch what real evil looks like on such a scale. But ideas such as "6 million bullets are of far more value to soldiers on the front lines than being used for other purposes. Gas is much cheaper." - Those ideas chill you to the bone. Sorry for repeating that unpleasant part of history on a reactions channel, but The Blacklist can also be very dark at times. Your words show that like most of us you see what this cold guy is saying is just wrong. On a lighter note - have a good New Years Eve. We have a storm forecast in the United Kingdom with temps below zero centigrade, which is cold for us over here.
