For the second day in a row, there has not been a single Shahed-136 kamikaze drone launched at Ukraine, and there were no reported missile strikes. The weather is poor, but Shaheds have shown the capacity to fly in heavy rain and high winds. Further, Russia has historically used bad weather to conceal attacks.
We're unsure if this is due to weather, the supply of Shaheds is exhausted, or Russia has entered an operational pause. If you're thinking of asking, no, we don't think Iran has redirected Shahed-136 shipments, nor do we think they are preparing to attack Israel directly.
Russia continues to throw massive amounts of infantry at Ukrainian positions theaterwide, as we anticipated. Both combatants have made marginal gains in a number of areas of operation. The most significant gain for Russia is west of the Krasnohorivka Plateau, while Ukrainian forces have moved toward Kopani.
