2023-09-09 15:50:45 +0000 UTCGood reaction, but... You keep trying to choose sides between Earth, Mars, and the Belt. I feel that's the opposite of what the show is trying to say. Earth is not one thing. Earth is Errinwright, who's an evil bastard. But Earth is also Avasarala, who's fucking awesome. Mars is the general who sacrificed Bobbie's squad, but Mars is also the soldier who saved Holden's crew. The Belt is the big guy and all who sacrificed themselves today with honor (though it's not unprecedented - I was thinking about the Titanic and the men who let women and children go first). But the belt is also Dawes, the guys who mutinied on Tycho, impaled Miller's partner, etc. So there's good and bad on all sides. In the end it's just... people. All in the midst of universe altering events, some just don't realize it yet. The protomolecule changes everything.
