This is Report 386, which is 48 pages in a condensed format and combat only.

Important: Until further notice, we are moving to a condensed format for Situation Reports due to increasing activity in support of the looming Ukrainian offensive. The news cycle is moving too fast to do one report every 24 hours. Up to three Situation Reports will up done a day, and there may be a significant increase in flash reports. We will also do live streams if the situation becomes dynamic. Once the operational tempo slows down, we will move back to full reports.

What's the big story? Patriot missile system. Destroyed? Damaged? Unharmed? Failure? Success?

What's the second story? Russian milbloggers are starting to realize the big picture and they don't like the direction.

Do the Geneva conventions, and the UN need dentures? I get the impression that Russia is flagrantly, violating rules of war right and left without consequence, although I will concede that increasing western assistance to Ukraine, is some kind of consequence. Still, I do not understand. I doubt there is an answer to this question, but I am sure in the occupied territories there were people who really did not care whether Russia or Ukraine was in charge. Is there any way of knowing whether that has changed? I was thinking about the destruction of the Coke plant. Does evidence of Russian disregard for them affect their thinking about Russia? I really appreciate your reporting. Mostly what we hear about in the main stream media is bombing of civilians. While that is bad enough, the sheer hell of war does not seem to be covered as well by others.

Thanks for your detailed analysis. Are Russian offensives in Kharkiv region intensifying? Are they just local/tactical, strategic (lock down Ukrainian troops ahead of the Ukrainian counteroffensive) or more significant strategic (shaping/start of a major Russian counteroffensive in Kharkiv region)? Any info/satellite photos of Russian troops massing in or near that area? Thanks in advance for any insights.
