XBLAH's Modding Tool v2.3.0

This major update has been named Packages Update. As the nickname states, the whole tool's file system has been rewritten from scratch to accommodate changes that happened along the years in development. One major thing you will notice is a new file explorer. It's now part of the Tool's main interface instead of being a separate dialog. It now supports some drag and drop features to and from Windows.

Not to delay this update any further, dragging from Windows and dropping into an existing VPK or new VPK is currently not available, but will be available in subsequent minor updates.

In these versions, there are the following new features:

• Native VPK compiling.
• Mods now load 3 times faster in the tool.
• Added a File Explorer tab.
• Added drag and drop to and from Windows.
• Separated Patreon and Teams login.
• Added HDR as default to source mod templates.
• New file icons.
• Added a text editor with syntax highlighting.
• Added create, open and save file hot keys.
• Improved FileExplorerDialog behavior.
• Soundscape manifest are now automatically generated when you edit a soundscape editor.
• Added an error notice when a bad sprite sheet is loaded in the Details Editor.

There has also been the following fixes:

• Optimized VPK reading and writing.
• Removed Chromium localization (smaller file size).
• Fixed can't find "resources/icons/files/file.png" error.
• Fixed bad encoding of template file.
• File Explorer tree now updates according to file changes.
• File Explorer tree now shows only directories.
• Fixed not properly loading and saving Soundscape files.
• Fixed not being able to generate soundscape manifests.
• Fixed not being able to generate game sound manifest.
• Fixed bad path to games_default.cfg.
• Fixed Soundscape Editor not saving some rules.
