Awww I loved how much you loved that episode :D For me white collar is less about the plot and more about the characters. That's why I like light, fun and heart-warming episodes like this one so much. All of the main characters have so much chemistry with each other. Like you said, it really feels like being part of a family. I know that Matt (Neal) and Willie (Mozzie) and Tim (Peter) were pretty close off camera too. Even after the show ended. It's so sad that Willie has left us.
