Prison Break 4X6: Blow Out

Again, this season continues to impress more.

So, we start with this crazy plan where everyone has a very specific job to do. We're at a racetrack, as the next cardholder is the owner of a horse (I'm pretty sure). For whatever reason, they've decided the best way to pull this off, is to tape the device under the managers desk, and get the cardholder into his office. It seems like I would be a lot easier if we just stood next to him in the stands, but alright.

After an insane couple of minutes where Sara is flirting with police, Bellick is causing a scene, Lincoln is using devices to mess up horse gates, everything comes to a head. The cardholder's horse loses because the gate gets stuck. So, he heads in to talk to the manager. With the card in his pocket and the device under the manager's desk, they get the info copied pretty quickly.

However, when Mahone goes back to retrieve the device, it's Sara's just to distract the cop so he can sneak back out. But, he refuses to fall for her charms. Rude. Mahone realizes what's going on, so he heads further into the building in hopes of finding another way out. But, instead, he ends up getting arrested. Fun.

Michael calls Self and begs him to try to get him out. He tries, but the local cops won't let him free (even after Self threatens to put him on a no fly list- also rude). Self does manage to get the device back though. When he shows up at the warehouse with the device and no Mahone, we are sort of split on whether we want to try to get Mahone out or keep working. They sort of decide that if any of them gets pinched they're on their own.

Wyatt (he'll be gone soon since I finally learned his name) has decided he's going to kill Mahone when they transfer him to court for his arraignment (?). He calls Michael to tell him he's going to die and please figure out how to kill Wyatt and then tell his wife she's dead. Michael agrees.

When he gets to court, in walks Wyatt, ready to kill him. But, then, Sara walks in. She's posing as his attorney (which means she's got her hands on all the evidence). In the back of the courtroom, Sucre is on the phone, counting down for Michael and Lincoln who are outside getting ready to cut the power to the building. (This is all set up as though they are trying to blow the power to the next cardholders house, so it's a fun reveal). When they blow everything up, They manage to snag Mahone in the ensuing melee and get him back. However, that doesn't stop Wyatt from making sure Mahone knows he's going to kill him.

Elsewhere, Gretchen has popped up at her sister's house. She's a hot mess. So she takes a quick shower, grabs all the stuff she needs from some owl (gun, money, fake ID, etc) and splits. She heads over to get Cole's phone off a dead guy, and has to kill the ME (?) to do so. But, she figures out where the apartment is and heads over there.

Meanwhile, T Bag has finally been called out for being a fraud. He leaves in a hurry, quickly trying to wipe down everything he's touched. As he's about to escape, he's confronted by Gretchen who has him at gunpoint, but has no idea who he is. I have no idea who I want to kill whom. They both suck, but I think I'm rooting for Gretchen. At least she doesn't make me physically ill when she's on screen. That actor is so good at playing a gross douchebag.
