Oh god. I didn't realize it at the time, but now I remember that Terry had set up that plan with his ex marine guy to kill him. Fuck. I'm almost glad I didn't realize it at the time. I would have been so much more stressed out than I already was.
Anyway, Bill sends Warlow to go save Sookie from her dad/Lafayette (still doesn't care my ass). However, once he's finished, Bill starts to call him back. But Sookie takes him to fairy land to protect him from Bill. Once they are there, he makes her tie him up so he doesn't feed on her. Later, they end up having sex (apparently because Sookie is a danger whore and can't help it?). During which they emanate some bright fairy light. Does this fulfill the contract?
Back at jail, Eric and Pam face off. But, instead of attacking each other, they go for, and kill, the guards in the wall. This gets Eric locked in a cage (no idea where Pam ended up). The governor brings Nora in and they inject her with some kind of vampire hepatitis while Eric is forced to watch her suffer.
He calls Willa to him as her maker and she shows up with a guard who gets Eric out (no idea why the guard goes for this, doesn't he have anti glamour contacts?). She steal the lab coat from a doctor and rips her arm off so they can use it to get into locked rooms. While they are escaping, Willa insists that they do not leave without Tara or Jessica, and Eric seems fine with that.
Bill has forced the professor to drain him of all his blood so he can convene with Lilith. He asks her what he's supposed to do and she basically just tells him to figure it out for himself. When he wakes back up, he sees the news with the governor saying TruBlood will be up and running again soon and then things should go back to normal.
He then heads over to the facility (he drank Warlow's blood and can walk in the day now) and kills everyone he can see. That includes the governor, whose head he ripped off and left on a statue. It was pretty great.
However, Eric finds out that the TruBlood that is in production has been contaminated with a poison (actually, I think it's the same vampire hepatitis that they gave Nora, but I can't be sure).
Jason, meanwhile, is pretending to be anti vampire again, so they'll let him into the facility so he can break up Jessica. Unfortunately, Sara is on to him. As part of his training, she makes him watch a vampire copulation, which forces Jessica and another vampire, James, to have sex. Both initially refuse, but they start blasting poor James with UV light torturing him. Jessica finally tells them that they should just have sex, but he refuses claiming he's not a rapist. Eventually, after what feels like a lifetime of agony, Sara lets Jessica go.
Arlene is afraid that Terry is going to kill himself due to his military flashbacks, so she and Holly get a vampire she knows to glamour all the misery out of him. It seems to work and he's very happy go lucky and pleased to be alive. However, he also forgot about (as did I) the fact that he asked that dude to kill him since he couldn't live knowing he'd killed Patrick. So, while he's taking out the trash, he's shot and I'm 99% sure he's dead.
And there's some werewolf stuff happening, that I don't really care about. But, Alcide has told Sam that he can't go back to Bon Temps. Um, that's where he lives and works. That's some bullshit right there.
