Reading You My Cremation Memoir (and a Book Club!)

"A girl always remembers the first corpse she shaves," begins the iconic funeral industry memoir* by mortician and author Caitlin Doughty.

*That's not a quote from someone, that's just me claiming that. If you can't hype yourself how the hell are you going to hype someone else, amiright?

It's been 10 YEARS. TODAY. This book absolutely changed my life and I'm still extremely proud of it. If you want a sense of what it's about, well, conveniently I have made a video reading you the first chapter.

BOOK CLUB

Also, let's have a patron book club! Why the heck not? The dates for the book club are October 24 & November 21, at 4pm PST/7pm EST. The October 24th date will be the first half of the book, up to the chapter "Unnatural Natural." The second book club in November will be the remainder of the book. More updates will be posted here as we get closer to the dates.
