High School Musical: The Musical: The Series 4X6: Trust the Process

So, after Gina and Ricky find out that the HSM3 musical was cancelled, everyone reminisces about how they ended up in the drama club. Ashlyn and Kourtney made a pact to do it together, Carlos was getting bullied and Miss Jenn took care of it for him (and then made him her assistant), Gina and Ricky inadvertently both convinced the other to join. It's just really fucking sweet.
We also find out that Mr. Mazzara used to be in a boy band. I did not see that coming. We also see how Miss Jenn ended up here (and was named by Carlos). She was at a Wicked audition with the actress who played Miss Darbus and after discussing with her about whether it was time to try something new, they sort of decide that she'll go teach at a high school and put on HSM.
Seb and Carlos get back together. Seb comes in and sings a duet with him and that's kind of all Carlos needed it seemed. Good for them. But I'm still mad at Seb.
At the end of the episode, two of the actors from the original movie hear about the musical getting canceled and they donate part of their salaries to the production, so the show is back on! And Gina ends up getting a phone call which I can only assume is about the part in the movie that Quinn wants her in.
Ugh. We're so close to the end. I cannot believe how much I ended up caring about these characters.
