Okay, so I have no idea if Jeremy is dead. I know that Silas broke his neck, and when I watched this I was sure he was dead, but now I'm wondering about his ring. Is he wearing it? What happened to it? Does him being a hunter change things?
Anyway, so we find out that there is only one cure. As I suspected (I mean, assuming there was a cure at all). And Elena immediately decides not to take it, because so many other people want it. But Rebekah, knowing that if Stefan got the cure first he'd give it to Elena, promptly snaps his neck so she can get a head start. So, I guess their friendship is over. But maybe Elena and Stefan's is back.
Also, what is up with Silas. It seems like if you feed him some of your blood, you start to hallucinate and see dead people. First Shane and then Bonnie. After she cut herself, he blood ended up in Silas' mouth (I think) and she ended up seeing Grams. I don't really understand what Silas is, I don't think.
Bonnie and Jeremy are down in the cave and she does the spell to open the tomb. But then Damon and his hunter show up. Now that the tomb is already open, he no longer needs Damon so he goes to kill him, but Rebekah intervenes. However, the hunter ends up incapacitating (but not killing) both of them.
Meanwhile, Grams is telling Bonnie that if they just feed Silas, she can be brought back to life. Jeremy is trying to tell her that it's not real, but it doesn't really matter. In order to get the cure, they need to wake up Silas anyway. The non Jeremy hunter shows up and stabs (I think) Bonnie. Jeremy fights him, but loses. However, Katherine then shows up and feeds Jeremy to Silas awaking him. Jeremy fights but Silas ends up snapping his neck, and Jeremy dies. (Probably). Also, I think Katherine ran away with the cure, but there was a lot going on.
Back in Mystic Falls, Caroline is busy begging Klaus not to kill Tyler when he's free. He agrees to give him a head start, which means he and Caroline say their goodbyes and Tyler heads off. However, while Caroline is pleading with Klaus, he tells her that she wouldn't take the cure, because she loves being a vampire. And I think he's right. She's really good at balancing being a vampire with her humanity. I know it's awful, but I'm pretty sure I'm starting to ship the two of them.
Oh, and once Bonnie got stabbed by the non Jeremy hunter, she was no longer able to keep Klaus contained. So, he got free much sooner than expected. I'm not sure if he's headed after Tyler or to the tomb, but neither one is great for us.
