Arrow 7X8: Unmasked

Oh, I do not like where this is headed for Olicity. All I asked for was one episode of happiness for the two of them and instead I get this? Why must you torment me, Arrow?

So Oliver is out of prison, which you would think would be good, he almost immediately gets attacked by the imposter New Green Arrow (not the actual New Green Arrow). And Felicity pulls a gun on him, which Oliver is so not impressed with. But it seems like Oliver's time in prison has hardened Felicity more so than it did him. Later, when they discuss this, she tells Oliver that she loves him to pieces, but she's not the girl he married anymore. It's kind of sad.

I wonder if this is the start of how Felicity gets from where she is now, to what she'd been doing in the flash forwards. This is the first little, baby step towards being something other than a ray of sunshine and light. Lol.

Meanwhile, imposter New Green Arrow is running around trying to kill people who wronged this guy in a business deal. Rene is certain that this is not New Green Arrow. Oliver decides to put the suit on, unmasked, and help Dinah draw him out. It works and Dinah then decides that Oliver will be assisting the police on cases as the Green Arrow. Um, okay. I'm not sure how that is going to work, but I'm game. The mayor, though, not so much. I don't know why she's being such a bitch about this.

For whatever reason, Diaz is locked up in ARGUS jail and John and Lyla want his help? No. I don't think we should be anywhere near this man. No deals. No talking. No nothing. He's the kind of guy where if you give him an inch, he'll waltz his way right back out into society. I have no idea how, but he will. Do not so much as even open the door. Also, where does Oliver think that he is? Dig and Lyla are being all secretive about not telling Oliver any of this. Doesn't he just assume Diaz is in jail? Why do they need to be keeping this from Oliver? Is it where he is, or that they want his help? Could be both, I guess.

And also, am I crazy, or are they trying to tell me that New Green Arrow is also one of Robert Queen's kids? Where the hell did she some from? Am I missing something? That is what's happening here, right? Where has she been all this time? Can we assume that Moira wasn't her mother?
