I didn't even attempt to pronounce this title. But, on the plus side, I knew it was French. 🤷♀️
Also, have we ever seen Clay look as betrayed as when he looked at Juice when the cops showed up for him? Fuck as much as I hate Clay, and want him to suffer, that look hurt. Plus, I want to say I'm surprised that Gemma would do this, but who are we kidding. Tara fucked around and found out.
So, after I spent so long being sure that Jax wouldn't hand Tig over to Pope, he did. And then he didn't. Fuck. How long did it take him to set that up. He tells Tig they are going to deal with the dog fighting people (which Tig is 100% on board with) and lures him over to Pope. Tig looks so betrayed and confused when Jax pulls a gun on him. Jax tells Pope to take Tig into the building and once they are inside, he runs over to his bike, grabs Clay's gun (via Juice) and runs inside killing everyone but Pope. He unties Tig and tells him to do the honors of killing the guy who killed his daughter. And Tig does not hesitate. Of course, before this, Jax made sure to get his deal in writing to Hale's lawyer beforehand.
Afterward, he calls Eli and tells him where to find the murder weapon, which of course, is registered to Clay and has his fingerprints on it. Eli comes to the house to ask about his whereabouts, and Gemma immediately throws him to the wolves. Claiming he went out for a few hours to take care of some business before they went out of town. He doesn't look that shocked, but he keeps looking at Juice with this look of wonder that he can't believe he would sell him out like that. Juice, is busy crying. This boy is not cut out for this life. I know this is 'all he has,' but he cannot handle this. He needs to find a different life.
Gemma gets wind that Tara is planning to leave Charming for Oregon and threatens to tell the cops that Tara knew what Otto was planning when she brought him the murder weapon. (This is obviously a lie, but Gemma doesn't care. Anything to keep 'her' family. Tara tells her she's done with Gemma and if that's what Gemma needs to do, go ahead. But she's leaving. Otto, meanwhile, literally bites off his own tongue so he can't give a statement about what happened. Killing RICO for real. But, that night, the cops show up to arrest Tara for conspiracy to commit murder (I think that's what it is) and who shows up at the right directly after? Gemma. To comfort Jax about his wife going to jail. Bitch, you put her there.
And in those final shots, we get one of Bobby cutting off his VP patch. But, he's still wearing his kutte, so I assume he's still in, just not the VP anymore. And I have no idea who that would end up going to. But he and Jax are definitely not seeing eye to eye right now. He's pissed that Jax went after Clay this way. He's all, you weren't supposed to find a loophole to get to Clay, you were supposed to not go after Clay. Bobby. Please. For all the fucking shit this man has put us through?
So, that's it for bit. I do not know when we'll be continuing with S6, so I'll have to live in agony for a bit. Please, do not tell me anything about what happens from here. I do not know when we're going to watch it, but I know we will.
