I've been thinking about this question for awhile- how do you face down you death fears if they seem overwhelming and scary? This video is about that very question, and how to get started tackling those fears.

I believe death is part of a natural progression and a blessing. To be denied the gift of death would be a curse. Could I enjoy the day half so much, without the expectation of a restful night? I will live knowing that death comes with the expectation of my awakening to a new existence. But having said that, how can I be sure that I won't fear death when theory becomes a looming reality. Better to ask me then.
