Shameless 11X5: Slaughter

So, Milkoviches are still Milkoviching. But now they are gutting deer in the yard, eating animal hearts, branding themselves with swastikas, putting severed heads in Liam's room. You know, fun shit.

Frank decides that they only way to stop the madness is to kill the old lady whose house it is. Then the house would go to the next of kin and they would kick the Milkoviches out. So, he sets up a Unite the Right rally which leaves the Milkovich house empty. When he sneaks in and unplugs the lady though. She didn't die, and fights back, so Frank just kind of leaves her there.

Ian and Mickey are get robbed on basically their first day, but it's by Mickey's cousin, so they still get to keep most of the money. However, this spurs Ian to doing things a little more illegally. The steal an ambulance as their transport van, and plan to start carrying guns. Mickey is so turn on by this, they decide to pull over and have sex in the back, when when they do, they find there was a corpse in the back. They ditch it on the side of the road.

Debbie realizes that she doesn't know anything at all about Sandy and decides to track her to find out what she does all day. Turns out, she bartends at a strip club and delivers Uber Eats. Oh, and she's married and her husband just showed up. Whoops.

Lip and Tammi find out their house is being sold out from under them, so they look at something to buy, but it's way too expensive, so they settle on buying a murder house. I do not get what the big deal is. It's not like the dead bodies are still in there. But after they make this decision, Lip finds out this hours and hourly wage are both being cut. When he protests, he get fired, and head butts the new owner, throwing a few punches along the way. Broke, unemployed, and almost homeless, he buys some beer to share with Brad. I'm really hoping that they don't actually drink it. Yes, this is a set back Lip, but your life has been so much better since you've been sober. Seriously.

Carl's partner is still insane. Today she pretends to cut a kid's hand off for shoplifting. Lip tries to explain to her that it's counterproductive. He knows the neighborhood and the people and know how to get through to them, but she ignores him. And ends up stabbing herself by falling on her own machete. Moron. Carol tracks the kid down and makes a deal with him.

And Liam continues to be petrified of living next door to the Milkoviches. Especially since the house is empty right now. So Carl gives him a gun and explains how to use it, telling him to make sure he keeps it away from Franny. He also tells Liam that if he shoots a Milkovich it will be fine. No one will care. Later that night, he wakes up and runs outside with the gun shooting it into the air. It ends up falling back down and hitting Terry. But of course, he's not dead. We're not that lucky.
