So our honeymoon is not great. We spend most of it running around looking for Callie.
At first, no one even notices that she missing, as she had a guitar lesson early in the morning and everyone just assumed she was there. However, when Jude notices her guitar is sitting in the living room, he runs to her room and realizes all her stuff is gone. They immediately gather the kids together and asks if she said anything to any of them. Jude and Brandon exchange looks, but no one has seen her.
Callie, for her part, is on the road with Wyatt, but won't tell him anything other than it wasn't working out. He does seem very concerned about he though. She's quite and a little sullen. While she's in the shower at the motel, Lean calls Wyatt from Callie's phone (she left it home) and begs him to call her if he knows where she is.
The two of them spend the night at the hotel. Callie sleeps wrapped up around Wyatt with her head on his chest. As soon as she wakes up in the morning, Wyatt basically jumps out of bed. I assumed it was because he was uncomfortable about the fact that she was all curled around him when he knew she didn't like him like that, but in actuality, he called Lena back and she and Stef are here. Unfortunately, Callie sees them out the window and takes off.
When Wyatt brings them back to the motel room she's gone. They race outside and look for her. Calling her name but nothing. She managed to hope in with a trucker (Callie, honey, this is a terrible idea) and take off. He eventually drops her off (she seems okay) and tries to get a job at a diner, but with no ID, no phone number and no address, it doesn't really work out.
She ends up outside a convenience store with a bunch of sex workers out front. One seems to take pity on Callie and offers her food and a place to stay. Callie refuses, but does ask to use her phone. She calls the prison and asks about visiting her dad only to learn he got out a year ago.
Then, she goes into the convenience store and just starts eating things. The guys is all, 'you have to pay for that,' and she's like 'I don't have any money.' So he tells her if she opens one more things he callings the cops. She eats a candy bar and he makes the call. I'm not sure what her motivation is here. Wanting to get tossed in a holding cell so she had a place to spend the night? Wanting become what everyone thinks she is? Could be a cry for help? Maybe she's afraid to go back on her own, but hopes that Stef and Lena will take pity on her? No idea.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Brandon and Jude finally have a conversation. Each blaming themselves for Callie leaving. Brandon said it's because she didn't want to be with him. But Jude tells him he called her selfish and that she always ruins everything. I can't decide if it would be helpful or make things worse for them to tell an adult.
And we find out that Lexi is going to Honduras for good. He dad got fired when they found out he was undocumented so home it is. Lexi and Jesus plan to wait for each other, as she hopes to come back for college on a student visa. This seems like a terrible idea. You guys are, like, 15. And you actually have no idea if she's coming back. If it works out, great, but I don't think you need to be waiting for each other at this point.
