Person of Interest 3x17 Reaction

ROOT IS QUEEN. Season 3 is truely an insane ride (although season 4 is my favorite thanks to the permanent Samaritan omnipresence ambience, and the fact that some of the single best episodes of the show are in it -you know the one), but truely season 3 has some of the best episode streak in the entire show. The Root escape mini-arc at the beginning is so hyped. 3x8-3x13 is an emotional messy ride 3x16-3x17 is a hype ramping up of the stakes and story telling And of course the final 4 or 5 episodes of the seasons are utter greatness.

Finally back to watching these. I agree it's some of the best TV. I would put it on par with Agents of Shield. It's so well written and the chemistry is amazing.

AGree with you, this is one of my favorite episodes in the whole show and I feel like it was a great exploration of her character and her development!

been looking forward to your reaction of this episode for so long, this is one of my fav episodes due to how root centric it is. I love how it shows exactly how she works through the machine, and how she rarely even knows what she's doing until it happens, but to everyone else she seems omniprescient. It's also so powerful in showing who she used to be without the guidance of the machine, some amazing scenes between her and finch and her and cyrus. I'm a lesbian and I agree, the chemistry between Root and Shaw is amazing. I love them both so much. I look forward to your binge! The show only gets better.

Season 3 is fantastic. If you're gonna binge episodes 21/22/23 are a good choice. You could add 20 in it but the last 3 of the season definitely recommend watching as a set.

Season 3 is so good and yes, a binge would be great, this is the only show I watch here and episode postings for them have been a little thin the last couple of months but still look forward to them.
