Arrow 6X12: All For Nothing

Okay, so I know this is supposed to be heartbreaking and dramatic, but I didn't really buy into Vince's death being much of anything. I hardly know him, and up until, like, two episodes ago, he was a bad guy.

Anyway, Felicity comes up with the idea to use that sniffer device (why didn't she think of it before now?) to get all of Cayden James' info which will tell us where the bomb is. We've already given him 70 million dollars and we don't have anymore. So, we have to get this bomb so he doesn't blow it up.

But, in order to do it, we've got to actually get into his server room and none of us has access. Vince is in the building, but he doesn't have clearance to that room. But, over the protests of Dinah, he decides to try anyway, knowing that if he's caught, he's as good as dead.

So, when he gets to the server room it's locked, but Felicity gives him the passcode. Almost as soon as he attaches the device, Cayden James shows up asking why he's in this room. Felicity has him mumble some computer techonobabble at him so it seems like he has a reason to be there. Once the device has the data, they leave. He has to be outside to transfer it to Felicity, which he manages to do before he is caught and tortured.

Dinah wants to immediately rush to save him, but we now know where the bomb is, and Oliver thinks we should go take care of that. The life of one many vs the whole city. Plus, all we know is the bomb is in a warehouse, which is huge and we need more manpower to find it. NTA all refuse and head out to save Vince, while Oliver and John go to look for the bomb.

Vince has managed to break free and ends up running into Dinah while she's fighting her way to him. However, there is then an explosion and Dinah ends up pinned under debris. But, Cayden James shows up with Laurel 2 and has her kill Vince by sonic screaming in his ear. They leave, and shortly after Curtis and Rene show up to save Dinah.

Meanwhile, at the warehouse, it's just too big for Oliver and John to do it alone, and they don't manage to find the bomb before Cayden and his men leave with it. Oliver races out to follow, but is trapped by a bunch of guys who (you guessed it) try to kill him.

From the data Vince pulled, Felicity found the video of the Green Arrow killing Cayden James' son. We know it's not Oliver, so this video has been doctored, which makes them think that maybe there's another mole in James' army, but I don't really see how those things are connected. I think I'm overthinking it. Can someone tell me how framing Oliver for this murder helps take down Cayden James?

And then, at the end, Oliver goes to see Dinah who has vowed to kill everyone is Cayden James' posse in retaliation for Vince.
