So, I'm afraid that this is gonna come out bias, but I liked this episode more than the previous one. However, I think it's honestly because the last one was mostly a set up for this one.
Ugh. I feel terrible for Oliver. He had to watch Tommy die in front of him. Again. I'm not sure if it's worse this time since he fucking mocked him before he killed himself, but still.
But, we find out, long story short, that on Earth-X, the Nazis won the war and they have now decided that our Earth should also be under this regime.
That said, I have a bunch of questions. So, we find out the above information (and that Nazi Supergirl and Nazi Archer are married), and also that Nazi Supergirl needs a heart and we're hear to take Kara's. (I assume because they have the same DNA and a transplant will be easy). But did they know this before they got here? What does the Prism have to do with Kara's heart? Is this all related to the Nazi takeover or is just a coincidence?
Speaking of the Prism, there's a giant Nazi fight fight with our friends (and we take out a crazy amount of Nazis, which is always fun). However, while we're dealing with this, STAR labs gets invaded to steal said Prism (I think- don't judge me! I lot was happening!) and Kaitlin tries to use her anger/surprised freeze power on Nazi Oliver but he breaks it pretty easily, which was disappointing. I don't know her freezing power but after Rory talked it up I really thought we were gonna get something here.
Unfortunately, back at the warehouse (or wherever our superheroes have been) they've been capture by the loser ass Nazis. This is when we hear the plan about giving Kara's heart to Nazi Supergirl. Then, they just send them off to a concentration camp on Earth-X. Fuck that shit. I mean, I know we're gonna get out of this. But I have no idea how. (But I'm gonna be pissed if Rory is somehow the savior).
As a total aside, Oliver and Felicity have a talk about marriage. And she sort of explained her worries, but she made way more sense when she talked to Iris about it. Hopefully, she says that to Oliver and they work through it. Right now, even if Oliver convinced her to get married, he'd always wonder if she did it to appease him. And Felicity might grow to resent you. I never want to marry someone you had to convince to do it. However, I think Felicity does want to marry Oliver but she's scared.
Also, I don't plan (or want) to watch Legends of Tomorrow, but someone give me the scoop on Rory. What is his deal? Why do we put up with him? What is he good for?
