I'm Trying Not to Yell

Hello, hello. Typically, I try to do my reactions when Dan isn't home. You might have noticed a pattern recently of me taking days off when people who have actual jobs take off.

Either way, Dan has Covid. I haven't tested (those fucking tests are $10 now), but I mostly feel fine. So, my reactions will go on as scheduled. However, I don't sound awesome, but I haven't sounded great before.

My biggest concern is that when I react, I'm LOUD. And over the top. And borderline obnoxious. This is what I'm trying to avoid while poor Dan feels awful. (This is the 3rd time he's had Covid. As far as I know, I haven't had it yet- I tested negative the last two times he had it). So just know, I'm trying to tone it down a bit while he's home sick, as we're less than a foot away from each other on the other side of this wall.

Also, I might end up pausing stuff to take care of him. He's in really bad shape. I've been trying to keep him in tea, medication (the stupid child proof packaging is causing him issues right now as he's very weak), and water. It shouldn't be super intrusive, but if I need to pause occasionally, that's why.

I apologize for this, but given how much time off I've taken lately, I so do not want to skip stuff right now.

So, as of right now, this upcoming week, Monday, Thursday, and Friday will go on as planned. Even if I sound terrible. Expect me to apologize for it a lot. Lol.

Comments

Omg so sorry he is struggling so much and hope he feels better soon. And please don't feel guilty about pausing or being quiet or even being slow to upload. I promise we all understand and know real-life issues take priority.
