Arrow 5X7: Vigilante

We've got a new vigilante in town to worry about. And they don't think that Oliver is doing a very good job and decides that he'll be taking over now. And either Arrow is with him or against him. And Arrow decides against.

There are some bank robbers in town and we're trying to track both the robbers and the vigilante. And since the vigilante is trying to kill the bank robbers, we decide to pose as the robbers. As hoped, it draws the vigilante out and he and Arrow fight. Eventually, Arrow bests him and wraps him up in an arrow wire. However, when Oliver goes to take his mask off, sparks shoot from it, which knocks him back and when he looks back vigilante has disappeared.

Meanwhile, Quintin admits the truth to Thea; that he's been blacking out, losing time and woke up smeared with blood and in possession of a throwing star. He thinks Prometheus is messing with him. This makes he and Thea question whether he knows that Oliver is Arrow. Either way, Thea takes him to rehab. She assures him that his job will be waiting for him when he gets back out.

We also find out that Evelyn is 'working' with Prometheus, but I'm not convinced that it's what we think it is. She could have taken this upon herself to try to get info out of him. Or she and Oliver have made a plan. Or maybe, she really is just working with him, but I'm not ready to believe that yet.

Also, I'm getting very concerned about this journalist. We know that she's out to get Oliver, but he doesn't seem to know it. I'm worried he's going to getting lulled into a false sense of security and then get blind sided. Plus, how is he going to explain these pictures? I can't think of any explanation that would make it possibly for him to be in both Russia and Lian Yu at the same time. Or having him just pop over for a quick trip while stranded on the island. I mean, I'm sure he'll think of something, but I can't guess what.
