9-1-1 6X16: Lost and Found

He and Hen go to a jewelry store, but when he can't immediately decide what Maddie might like, he takes it as a sign that maybe he shouldn't be doing this. Hen pulls him aside and they talk it through, then he excitedly decides he's going to buy a ring.
The next day, at the station, everyone is congratulating him, but then they immediately inundate him with questions. How is he gonna propose? What kind of ceremony will they have? Who is gonna be the best man? Chim is overwhelmed and wonders if this is the right thing to do.
He goes back and forth about this for the entire episode. And Buck and Hen get into it too because Buck is sure proposing is the right thing to do and Hen isn't. Eventually, Hen tells Chim that and the two of them talk it out. Turns out, Hen is still harboring some anger towards Maddie aftger she left Chim last year. Her best friend was hurting and she just wants to make sure that doesn't happen again. Afterwards, Chim is excited to propose again, but by this time he's lost the ring.
The whole station is turned upside down looking for it. There is nowhere left to look except the dump (where they took a call earlier). But they find nothing and get chastised by Athena in the process. But it turns out, Jee-Yun accidentally ended up with it and it ended up in her dollhouse. I can only assume that at some point, either Maddie or Chim has to find it, right?
