Great reaction as always and well worth waiting for! I also loved all the connections about partners and how they should support each other...good tie ins throughout this episode. I do worry about Maze though because I'm not sure she would eventually make a good Queen of Hell because she has grown so much from her interactions and real connections especially with humans and going back to her old ways even as a Ruler, rather than a follower of Lucifer, seems a retrograde step to me and one she might live to regret if it happened. Does going backwards ever make anyone happy- can it? I'm not sure and who knows? I don't know where Maze will finally end up but I would like a bit more about her origins. We know Lilith was her mother but who was her father? I have always thought Maze was special. She seems a real cut above the other demons and was given the highest responsibility to look after and protect Lucifer which is interesting, now we know Hell was never meant to be the punishment that Luci thought it was, but instead God wanted him to cool his heels a bit after the rebellion and maybe learn about who he was. I suppose we could say that it didn't quite work out for a while as God planned maybe -or did it? Was everything part of God's plan and was Maze also an important part of protecting and looking out for his son? It was surely a position of trust. God seemed to think Maze is perfect as she is. I hope we find out more (season 6 beckons) about her. Meanwhile how moving was that scene when God (father) told his son he loved him and was proud of him? these words that Luci never thought he's hear because he felt unloved... so touching and something we have all waited for and hoped that he would one day hear from his father. I love this season with all its ups and downs, laughter and tears and thank you for another thoughtful reaction.

I did that as you suggested but after about fifteen minutes of trying to download it stopped and I got a message saying cannot download- network error. I'm giving up again for another day. I hope it works in the end. Fingers crossed. I was really looking forward to this reaction (and the next two as well!)

Nothing Lasts Forever- Thank you very much for another fantastic reaction for Lucifer, Clint! This episode is easily another one of my favorite episodes from this season.
I love so much about this episode, especially the goodbye scene in the end between God and the Goddess with their sons. I absolutely love seeing the Goddess of all Creation again in the form of Charlotte Richards once more.
However, the stand out moment within this episode for me is when God tells Lucifer He loves him and is proud of the man Lucifer has become at last. The emotion that immediately comes over Lucifer upon hearing his father tell him He loves him for the first time in his very long and heartbreakingly tragic life is absolutely beautiful. And seeing father and son embrace one another is so, so wonderful. I absolutely love this moment!!! :)
Thank you, dear friend!! Until your next reactions for Lucifer, Person of Interest, Rush, White Collar, and Once Upon a Time!!
Sincerely,
Heidi
