So, Nick leaves for three weeks, and Charlie isn't doing particularly well. He's withdrawn and sad, and his mom is not helping. He's also thinking about what Nick said is doing some research on whether he actually may have an eating disorder. Tori finds the info on his laptop, and is also concerned about him. She texts Nick and asks when he's coming back because she's worried about Charlie. Nick calls him and Charlie confesses he thinks he does have an eating disorder. Thankfully, Nick's aunt is a therapist and he goes to her for help. She assures him that he can't 'love' Charlie's illness away, but there are other things he can do.

Meanwhile, Issac isn't doing super well either. He's lonely and often feels like the third wheel. Especially when they had made plans to hang out after they picked up their test results, but everyone had already made other plans. And Issac seems to be only one of the friends who can see that Charlie is pulling away. He goes over to check up on him, and they end up watching a movie. It seems helpful for both of them.

Tao finally explains to Elle that her leaving reminds him of his dad dying and leaving the family. Elle helps him work through it, and they tell each other they love one another.

We finally meet Darcy's grandma and she seems awesome. I wanna live with her too.
