True Blood 3X8: Night on the Sun

So, I mostly understood what was going on this episode. The vampire politics were keep to a minimum. Lol.

Sookie and Bill break up. Neither of them really want to, but they think it's probably best for Sookie. Bill goes him, super upset and Jessica is thrilled that he is there. She needs help and she's tired of being alone. Instead, he chooses to release her, which she totally doesn't want. She flat out refuses to leave. Eventually, he ends up training her to fight the werewolves because he knows they are coming.

Alcide is staying with Sookie at her house because he doesn't want to leave her alone. He also knows the werewolves are coming and wants to make sure she's protected. However, the werewolves end up attacking his sister, so he needs to go. She tells him that if she's in trouble, Bill will come. He asks if she's sure and she says, 'yes' but she doesn't sound very confident.

And the werewolves do come. Shortly after he leaves. Two of them attack Bill and Jessica, and Debbie goes after Sookie. Sookie, who should have just shot her on sight (but didn't for Alcide's sake, I think), ends up in a giant brawl with her. Eventually, Sookie convinces her to leave and she jumps out the window.

Meanwhile, Russel shows up and grabs Jessica. He tells Bill that he trade her for Sookie. And Bill tells him they should just fight each other like men. However, during this exchange, back in Mississippi, Eric kills Talbot, and Russel leaves immediately to go there. I'm not sure what happened to the other werewolf. Jessica killed one, I think. But I don't know what happened to the other.

Bill races to Sookie and finds her to be okay. They immediately apologize and tell each other they love them, and have some sex on the floor. I guess they are back together? Tara's gonna be pissed.

Also, Jason is now hiding Crystal out at his house. He threatens her father and partner that they need to stay away from her. Tommy is living Sam now and working at the bar. And Lafayette's mom broke out of the hospital and showed up at his house. Jesus came to get her back and he and Lafayette seem like they might be working through his aversion to Lafayette being a dealer.

But, we're still no closer to figure out what exactly Sookie is, I don't think. And I'm more and more intrigued by what Eric is doing. He tells Sookie not to trust Bill. But I wonder if it's part of some larger plan. I don't know, but I'm interested.
