You guys, this show is trying to kill me. I'm pretty grateful that my tears don't show up on camera all the much. Lol.
So, May has finally had it with Claudette and she starts yelling at her in the middle of the floor. Sue drags the two of them into the quiet room to work out there differences. Where at first, they just mock and snap at each other, but eventually, they do kind of clear the air.
However, the center ends up on fire, and in all the chaos, May and Claudette are forgotten about. By the time the two of them realize there's a problem, it's too late for them to escape. Claudette is really freaking out. May assures her that help is coming, but we then find out that Claudette has been burned before.
On the outside, Bobby finds out the May is trapped inside the building, and instead of giving orders, he transfers that to someone else, and suits up to go inside and find her. Turns out, the of them are in a room that they can't get too, so Bobby literally busts through the damn wall with an ax. He manages to get the two of them out. Someone takes Claudette away (she's in worse shape than May), and May and Bobby leave together.
However, the roof starts to collapse as they are making their way out. They run for it, but don't make it the entire ceiling (including some heavy stuff like support beams and whatnot) crashes down on them. As Lucy is evacuating, she finds Bobby's helmet, and realizes he's trapped. The rest of the 118 show up and they start clearing debris until they manage to get them out. Mostly unscathed.
Outside, Claudette thanks May for saving her and they seem like maybe they'll be in a better place with each other now. However, at the hospital Claudette dies even though she was fine in the ambulance. Hen is suspicious that Jonah (who was left in charge of her) might not be as good at his job as he claims to be. Especially since he basically just shrugged when she died.
The tears. My god. The tears.
