The Flash 2X8: Legends of Today

So, this is our next Arrow/Flash crossover episode!

I don't really know what is happening with the Flash people who are still at the lab. I mean, I'm very confused. Was that guy who got shot evil? He seems evil.

Anyway, Cisco's girlfriend (from what I can gather) is some kind of 4000 year old Egyptian woman, who is soulmates with this flying guy. The Dothraki guy constantly tries to kill him (and has already 206 times). Every time he kills them, he gets stronger. And they have to somehow find their way back to each other again. (And she has to relearn or re-remember that she has wings and is this person).

So, they bring the girlfriend to Star City in hopes that Oliver and Co will help protect her, since Dothraki guy is magical, and they don't really do magic over in Central City.

Malcolm shows up to tell him that this guy is invincible. And now he's after the Staff of Horus, which will make him even more powerful.

The girlfriend decides to trust this insanity and jump off a building (the first time the Flash zooms down and saves her) and miraculously, she sprouts wings. I'm not sure what that means for her relationship with Cisco. Is she going back to Egyptian guy now?

Felicity figures out where the Staff of Horus is and Oliver and Barry try to get it first, but Dothraki guy already has it. It's some sort of magic laser beam thing. That doesn't really let them get close enough to do anything. (However, girlfriend getting wings seems to distract Dothraki from the fight and blows up the church. Oliver and Barry manage to make it out alive, but since Dothraki guy is immortal, I assume he's okay.

Afterwards, they develop a plan a to back to Central City and finish off Dothraki guy once and for all. Although, I have no idea how this is going to work.

And, at the very end, Oliver sees his ex with the son he thought he lost. I 100% forgot about this. And I'm afraid this is 100% going to screw up his relationship with Felicity. And you guys know how badly I do not want that.
