Felicity 4X4: Miss Conception
Added 2024-08-27 22:03:38 +0000 UTCThis was not my favorite episode. Partially because it was all about Felicity and her beauty pageant stuff. And Partially because they made me care so much about this pregnancy only for them to decide, nah, never mind.
So, Felicity finds out she's pregnant from a home test. She decides to go get a blood test to make sure. However, she can't get the results for a few days because she's busy with the pageant.
She tells both Elena (because she's there when Felicity takes the test) and Noel. But not Ben. However, Ben later finds out on his own and Noel confirms it.
Meanwhile, she preps with Javier. She's sure she can't will the $10,000 first prize, but there is an academic prize she's hoping to win. She does end up winning for evening wear, but that only comes with a $200 gift card to The Wiz. (Do you guys remember that place?)
Ben ends up coming to the pageant to confront Felicity about her being pregnant. She says she doesn't know for sure, but it's likely. Then she asks him to stay for the pageant. Afterwards, she ends up getting her period, so this was all for moot. So annoying. However, I am holding out hope that she actually is pregnant because that makes for a much better story.
Also, Megan's parents are threatening to not only cut her off financially if she stays married to Sean, but also disinherit her. I can sort of see the money part, but saying she's no longer their daughter. That's harsh. Dad gives her some time to think about it, and eventually she decides to stay with Sean.
