Okay, so, after Maseo (dressed as Arrow) shoots the mayor and Ray (who took the arrow for Felicity), Quintin decides that the Arrow is Public Enemy number one, and has instructed the police to shoot on sight. Not just Arrow, but Arsenal, and Canary as well. With Dig's help, they just barely manage to escape back to the Arrow cave.
Meanwhile, Ra's captures Quintin and tells him that Oliver is the Arrow. At this point, all hell breaks loose. Everyone ends up at Dig's since nowhere else is safe, and they try to come up with a plan, but no one has any idea of what to do.
Eventually, the Oliver turns himself in. He agrees to plead guilty in exchange for immunity for the others. Laurel gets them five minutes to talk to with him, but there is still no better solution.
While Quintin is transporting Oliver, the van gets hit with an arrow. Roy shows up, dressed as Arrow and claims that Oliver isn't the Arrow, he is. This does not fix anything! It's really just a lateral move, right? I guess we could argue that Oliver is more important to work than Roy, but if we wanna go that route, we should have had Laurel confess. She's the weakest link here.
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how we get out of this. Unless everyone that they helped ends up coming to the police station in a Spartacus fashion, I see now way to get Roy out of jail. Ahhhh!
Oh, yeah, and Ray is in the hospital with a clot. If they operate now, he'll die, but if it moves, he'll also die. Fun. Thankfully, he's invented some nano tech (I think that what we're calling it) that we can inject into him and it will shrink the clot. This of course is forbidden by the hospital, so Felicity retrieves it from his office and does it herself. Later, he tells her he loves her and she can't say it back. Why? Because she loves Oliver!
