Arrow 3X16: The Offer

Okay, so Ra's is all like, this water has kept me alive forever, but it's not working anymore. I need a replacement. And then after the fight with Nyssa, sticks his hand in the water and he's healed immediately. Huh?

Anyway, Ra's is letting Oliver, Dig and Malcom go as a sign of good faith (as well as releasing all the blood debts) while Oliver 'decides' if he wants to take Ra's up on his offer. Malcolm, Nyssa, and Mateo all tell Oliver it's not a choice. Ra's has already decided it for him. Not to mention, no one on the team is excited about this. They all think it's crazy that he's even considering it.

Oliver sets an injured Malcolm up in Thea's place, and she's pissed. She wants to kill him, but refrains because she didn't think her mom would want any more murder. But she's just so upset and in pain, and lost. I don't know what it is about Thea. I just have the biggest soft spot for her. I hate to see her in pain. (I mean, she also tries to get Nyssa to kill her, but that doesn't work either).

Quintin is no longer helping because he's pissed that the Arrow knew that Sara was dead and didn't tell him. I get why he's upset, I really do, but it's not his place to tell him. It's always been Laurel's. And when she has a confrontation with him, he tells her he loves her, but he'll never be able to forgive her for keeping this from him. I know I don't really like Laurel, but this still sucks for her.

Eventually, Oliver decides to decline Ra's offer, but he soon realizes it truly wasn't an offer, it was a demand. And now, apparently, Ra's has decided to make his prophecy come true. He dressed up as the Arrow and killed some people who have yet to do anything wrong. Presumably, to make the city turn against him, like he predicted would happen.
