The Vampire Diaries 1X6: Lost Girls

Oh, we're getting flashbacks. I'm a sucker for a good flashback.

We see Stefan and Damon with Katherine back in 1864 and they are already fighting over the poor girl. Who, incidentally, ends up turning Stefan into a vampire (although, I'm not yet sure if she turned Damon as well) but she did compel Stefan into not telling anyone that she's a vampire, and claiming the two of them and Damon will always be together.

Anyway, in the present, Stefan tells Elena that he's a vampire and she freaks out and tries to run away. He tries to explain that he's a 'good' vampire, but she's still upset and asks him to leave.

Damon is trying to get his ring back from Stefan while he's trying to light all the bodies on fire that he killed at the cemetery, but it turns out, Vicki isn't quite dead, and he ends up taking her home with him.

Stefan and Elena have a conversation about vampires and we get some answers. He also tells her that Mystic Falls used to know about the existence of vampires, but it didn't end well, so would she please keep this secret. After spending the day with him, she agrees, but says they can't be together.

Back at Damons place, he's bored and decides to let Vicki feed on him (even though he knows it's a bad idea). This really perks her up and she she's dancing around and happy. Then Damon snaps her neck, and kills her. But she wakes up and asks what happened. Damon explains he killed her, and turned her into a vampire. She needs to feed on a human to finish the transition. She ends up leaving and going to Jeremy, but she's not in good shape.

Eventually, Stefan and Elena show up and confine her to Jeremy's room. But when she tries to bite Jeremy, she freaks herself out and escapes. Damon shows up looking for her and realizes Elena knows he's a vampire. He toys with her a bit, then heads out.

Stefan finds Elena and surprise, surprise, the watch IS so kind of vampire detection system, and Logan has tracked him to the cemetery, and shoots him with wooden bullets. Damon shows up and kills Logan, then pries the bullets out of Stefan. Meanwhile, Vicki can't resist and ends up feeding on the dead Logan.

Man, things are starting to get exciting over here!
