Added 2024-07-10 21:00:06 +0000 UTCThings are so not going well for Michael right now. I don't blame him for being upset and cranky based on what's going on, but it's hard for everyone around him. Especially when, before they even get to the campsite, he's in pain. And, the minute they get there, he needs to lie down for an hour.
After Chim's brother suggests there isn't any passion in his relationship with Maddie, he takes her out to a fancy dinner to tell her he loves her. She agrees that she feels the same way, but is unable to say the words right now, because of her trauma over Doug. That seems to be good enough for Chim and he agrees to say it enough for both of them. After they save a woman at the restaurant, the hotel comps them a suite and they prove to each other there is passion.
However, the next day when she gets into work, while on the phone with Chim, the 9-1-1 station gets taken over by a bunch of cops (fake cops?- one of which was the guy that beat the hell out of Josh). They force Maddie to get off the phone and she says, "I love you, Howie.' Chim is totally smart enough to know that's a signal, right?
I have no idea what we're going to do though, because we can't call 9-1-1. Hopefully, Chim will just get the 118 to show up. Also, what is the end game to taking 9-1-1 hostage?
