Added 2024-06-11 00:00:07 +0000 UTCOMG. Bobby! This was incredibly stupid. It ending up working out, but it could have went so badly! But on the plus side, I guess it ended up reinstating him as captain. But I'm not happy about the fact that he made this decision.
And Buck! My gods. I cannot even imagine how he feels right now. All he wants is to work for the 118, and now, not only is his future in jeopardy, his girlfriend isn't sure she wants to stay with him. In all honestly, I 100% get her hesitation, but it's probably not helping things for Buck right now.
MADDIE AND CHIM ARE BACK ON TRACK! I just love the two of them. I'm so happy for them. And Chim's, speech about how he'd never been as happy until right now?!? Ugh. I want all the happiness for them.
Remember last episode when Bobby and Athena were trying to figure out what kind of wedding people they were? Well, I think that this is perfect for them. Throw a party for your friends later, but this is exactly what the four of them needed.
Plus, we got Clara! We need her in more episodes. Can we make her Christopher's nanny or something?
I'm so excited to start S3! You guys were right. This show (that I'd never even heard of) is so good!

2024-06-11 13:48:43 +0000 UTCso excited you finished season 2 and that you loved it! it’s easily one of the best seasons of the show. s3 may be my favorite but it’s close. s2-s4 are peak 9-1-1 for me. when all the civilians run to help lift the truck off buck i always cry. always! like the song alone triggers tears now lol “being a firefighter is my life! it is the only thing i have ever done that was important and that mattered…without that i don’t have anything else” 😭 buck really doesn’t see his worth outside of being a firefighter and it kills me. as much as i love how much he loves his job and helping people, it’s not the most healthy mindset. he has his reasons but i just wish he saw more in himself. but yay to bobby and athena getting married, chim and maddie finally getting together and eddie deciding to stay! we got a lot of wins in this episode.
