I cannot believe they left me on this same cliffhanger. AGAIN!

It's nice that both he and Hen had similar instances that drove them to join the LAFD. Especially since the two of them are fairly close in present day.

Remember when we did this with Hen, and Chim tells her he understands because he got it too? And she calls him out to tell him it's different. It totally was. That's not to say that these people weren't shitty to Chim, they absolutely are, but they don't really question his ability to do the job. It's more focused on the fact that he's new and it's hard for outsiders to break in. They have to prove themselves first. But then they don't really give him an opportunity to do that.

You know what else I really love though, when Chim reallizes what is happening, he yells for Athena to get everyone away from the building. The fire fighters are all like, what is this idiot doing, but Athena immediately just following his direction and herds everyone away. Like Chim said in Hen's story, if you pass the test, you've earned your spot and you know what you're doing.

All it took for the guys at the house to respect him was for him to literally save the life of one of them. (Which is kind of similar to how they started to respect Hen, now that I think about it).

And I do not like that last shot of Chim. He did not look like he was breathing. Why do they keep doing this to me?!? Help him!
