9-1-1 2x10: Merry Ex-Mas

I had zero inclination that Bobby was going to propose. But I love it so much. I really like these two together. (Slightly on topic, I go on a bit of a tangent about how all our characters have such high emotional intelligence. I love them all for this reason).
Really not sure how I feel about Eddie's wife. Part of the problem is, we didn't have all the information about this situation before. And I feel now like I may have been unfairly biased against her due to not knowing Eddie's additional tour in Afghanistan was voluntary.
I loved Chim in this episode (I mean, I love Chim in most of the episodes). But particularly him trying to make a perfect Christmas for Maddie and when she was upset, he immediately removed it, no questions asked. She was upset and he did what he could to alleviate her discomfort without making things worse for her. (I want to say unlike Buck, but it seems like his 'tough love' speech helped her move onto deciding to 'take back Christmas.'
Um, Christmas tree guy is totally Doug? Right? Holy shit. I am so not okay with this.
