Better Call Saul 5X5: Dedicado a Max
Added 2024-04-30 20:00:08 +0000 UTCI didn't love this episode. It was fine. But I'm so not into the Gus/Salamanca war right now. I'm much more interested in watching Jimmy and Kim plan con man.
I'm dying to know what Kim saw in the pictures that make her think she's got something on Kevin. I figured it would be one of the documents, so I'm surprised it was one of the random photos. I'm wondering what caused her to double down after he boss tells her step away from Mesa Verde because he doesn't believe it's a coincidence that Jimmy is Acker's lawyer. She doesn't want to be on this case, so why doesn't she just agree?
Jimmy's montage of lawsuits and all the stupid bullshit he pulled to get Acker to stay on the land was super fun. I could have used some more of that in this episode. Also, is he actually considering Howard's offer? I wouldn't think so, right? But then why not outright reject it?
I don't know exactly what's gonna happen with Gus and Mike, but I'm not all that interested right now. It's gotta start to come to a head though, because the season is halfway over at this point.
