I feel unsurprised that basically nothing happened to Thea. For getting in the car and putting herself and others lives' at risk, she should have totally gotten some jail time. For possession, nah. But probation and community service. Sure.
Do we think Oliver might have more effects from the Vertigo? They said The Count was pretty much done for after Oliver injected him. But Oliver only got a half dose. So, hopefully, all is good there.
