And what is the goal of this organization that plans to kill thousands of people? And how is Moira involved? Why do they think it's a good thing? Could this possibly be a misdirect that they are good people? (I 100% do not believe that, but there are so many questions!)
I really thought Walter was gonna die before this episode was over. It's certainly better to be kidnapped, than killed, but, apparently, this is how Robert ended up dead. This show is crazy! In the best possible way.

You have Oliver sleeping with Laurel's sister and Laurel with Oliver's bff (pseudo brother), Moira marrying Walter, Robert's bff (pseudo brother), and Diggle flirting or vibing (or wtv it is) with his (real) brother's widow. It's just a little too all in the family for me. That said, I love this show and the characters of Oliver, Diggle, Walter and Moira (she's very interesting) despite the messiness of these relationships. I was agreeing with you as far as Moira and Walter being messy (or maybe that's not what you meant), so that's what I mean I just expanded it to show a pattern. π
